• Thicker coatings than conventional liquid coatings without running or sagging.
• Fewer appearance deficiencies between horizontally coated surfaces and vertically coated surfaces than liquid coated items.
• Hardness and Abrasion resistance.
• Powder coatings help protect and maintain the structural integrity of the substrate.

Limitations

• Warranty – Generally more limited and restrictive than liquid.
• Metallic Coatings – Cannot hold as much metallic flake content as wet coatings.
• Small custom jobs are not cost effective due to minimum batch size.
